Japan IT System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "our company"), which operates IS Your Work, complies with laws and other
regulations regarding the protection of terms of use and the like, and pays maximum attention to the protection

"Is Your Work" (hereinafter "this site") provided by our company.

to this Agreement."
Article 3 (Registration Matters)
1. When registering on this site, members shall provide accurate and truthful information as required by the
company.
2. Members shall not provide false information when registering on this site.
3. This site does not recognize any job listings related to the sex industry or anti-social activities.
Article 4 (Member Responsibility)
Members shall be responsible for their own expenses and actions in using this site, including:
1. Registering on the site, providing and updating information
2. Being responsible for damages arising from their use of the site
3. Managing their information on the site
Article 5 (Use of Services)
1. Members can use this site to post their own job listings and accept applications from job seekers.
2. When using this site to post job listings and accept applications from job seekers, members are requested to
ensure that they do not violate any laws or regulations.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
Members shall not engage in the following actions while using this site:
If the company considers that the
actions apply, it may not allow registration or remove registration.
1. Obtaining or using the information of other members or job seekers improperly
2. Infringing on the rights of others
3. Engaging in activities that are harmful to public order and morals
4. Violating laws and regulations
5. Sending harmful programs
6. Overloading the server of this site
7. Any other actions that violate these terms and conditions or cause inconvenience to other users of this site
and system
Article 7 (Copyright)
The copyright for all information, including texts, images, and programs posted on this site, belongs to the
company.
Article 8 (Suspension of this Site)
The company may suspend this site, but it shall not be responsible for any damages to members caused by the
suspension of this site.
Article 9 (Changes to these Terms and Conditions)
The company may change these terms and conditions as necessary. In such cases, the changed terms and conditions
will apply to registered members for their future use.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions or the use of this site (including mediation proceedings
by the court) shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first
instance.
